Schools We Work With
The Ash Gardener Foundation is proud to support a growing number of schools through various initiatives that focus on student wellbeing, engagement, and access to essential resources. Our school programs aim to create safe, inclusive, and supportive environments where students can thrive both in and out of the classroom. From providing nutritious breakfasts to equipping students with backpacks, sports gear, and learning tools, we are committed to empowering young people through community-driven support.
Orana Heights Public School
Throughout 2024, Orana Heights Public School saw a consistent group of students participating in the AGF Breakfast Program. This initiative had a positive impact on overall school attendance, with students starting their day with a nutritious meal and feeling more motivated to attend class. While the beginning of 2025 has been slower, a steady group of students continues to benefit from the breakfast and snacks provided, supporting their focus and energy throughout the school day.
Goodooga Public School
In this remote community, students at Goodooga PS have received vital support through AGF’s backpack initiative, supplied in collaboration with Nike, Smiggle, and dental care partners. The school has also made great use of donated sporting equipment, including boxing gloves, pads, and yoga mats provided by Hart Sports. These resources have enhanced the school’s physical education program, offering engaging PT sessions throughout the week.
Goonellabah Public School
A recent addition to the AGF school support network, Goonellabah PS has partnered with Cricket Australia and Cricket NSW through the Woolworths Cricket Blast program. Students have enjoyed engaging cricket sessions while also receiving AGF-supplied backpacks. This collaboration has brought excitement, teamwork, and physical activity to the forefront of their school experience.
